Beautiful handcrafted artisan figurine by Lise Berger of Samjons d'Art, France.

This charming country woman is dressed in traditional French attire with a straw hat, apron, shawl, and basket. The wooden base bears the original plaque:

'Samjons d'Art – Lise Berger – Meilleur Ouvrier de France – Médaille d'Or 1979.'

The base is also hand signed Lise Berger and numbered 22.
