This powerful and striking image was produced from 1980 to 1989 by Rosenthal Studio-Line Germany for their Celebrity Series.

The image is from screen prints Andy Warhol created of Grace Kelly in 1984. Grace Kelly’s classic beauty is celebrated in this vibrant portrait. The image is based on a still from the actress’s cinema debut in the film Fourteen Hours, 1951.

The plate is in beautiful condition with no cracks or chips, the glass is of very high quality and substantial weight.

Andy Warhol's signature is featured on the bottom right hand corner of the plate and the Rosenthal makers mark is on the left.
